The outstanding point in production is that the generated dust is completely treated with the most advanced technology (using bag dust filter combined with electrostatic dust filter), environmental monitoring and surveillance equipment. The output dust concentration is always less than 30 mg/Nm3 , the cement grinding area is less than 20 mg/Nm3 . This indicator fully complies with and even better meets the current State regulation of 100 mg/Nm3 according to QCVN 23: 2009/BTNMT. Ensuring that when the factory goes into high-intensity production, the environment will still be green, clean and absolutely safe.

  • At any dust emission location such as stone crusher, conveyor transfer station... are equipped with bag dust filters to control the dust concentration in the exhaust gas to the environment at < 30mg/Nm3
  • Bag dust filter for Coal grinding system is designed with filter load 1.03 (m3 /m2.min) which can recover up to 99.9% of fine coal and minimize the amount of dust released into the environment, ensuring the emission concentration is always < 20mg/Nm3.
  • Bag dust filter for cement grinding system is designed with a capacity of 966,000 m3/h, capable of recovering up to 99.9% of cement and minimizing the amount of dust released into the environment, ensuring the emission concentration is always < 20mg/Nm3 .
  • Bag filters for the grinding mill system and the kiln system are designed with a filter load of 1.02 (m3 /m2.min) capable of recovering up to 99.9% of fine powder and minimizing the amount of dust released into the environment, ensuring that the emission concentration is always <20mg/Nm3. In addition, the ILC kiln system minimizes NOx emissions into the environment.
  • Electrostatic precipitator: the electrode system collects dust from the hopper and transports it for collection.
