The first tons of cement from TanThang Cement
On April 17th, 2020, the first bags of cement bearing the TanThang Cement brand name with the label "PCB40 HIGH QUALITY" of TanThang Cement Plant were officially launched to the market, marking an important milestone in the Company's production and business activities. This achievement is thanks to the close direction of the Board of Directors, the tireless efforts of the Board of Directors, officers, employees, engineers and experts of the Company as well as the support of central and local departments.
High quality PCB40 product has large residual strength, fine grinding helps to retain water well, increase the plasticity of concrete, plaster, help the surface finish beautifully, prevent cracks due to shrinkage of materials, waterproof and erosion. The product's high sulfate resistance makes it easy to construct underground works, civil works and flooded works. Low heat dissipation when hardening makes it easy to construct large-volume concrete. In addition, the product has many outstanding features that can shorten construction time, create concrete blocks with very high final strength, prolonging the life of the project. The product is manufactured by the most advanced technology system, equipment and production lines imported from the EU and G7 countries with low heat energy consumption and dust emission concentrations meeting European standards.
On the day of shipment, TanThang Cement Plant was honored to welcome the first customers right in Nghe An to customers far from the factory in the Central Highlands (Dak Lak). Although it is a new product on the market, TanThang Cement has been warmly welcomed by many customers and highly appreciated for its product packaging, color and cement quality. Many Distributors have chosen to sign long-term partnership contracts with Tan Thang. A successful start will promise strong development in the future of a TanThang Cement brand that always strives to "Create a difference, build trust".
TanThang Cement Project was approved by the Government according to the Vietnam Cement Industry Development Plan for the period 2011 - 2020 and orientation to 2030. The project was deployed and installed from June 21st, 2018 and was completed within 17 months, one of the cement production lines in Vietnam with the fastest construction progress up to now.
TanThang Cement Plant is put into operation with a capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker per day, equivalent to 2 million tons of cement per year. The factory is a new industrial project in the modernization of the entire production process and is also one of the key projects of the country and Nghe An province. Bringing products to the market will promote the potential and advantages of the province, creating a breakthrough for the local construction materials industry in particular and the country in general, providing high quality cement products to ensure meeting domestic demand as well as export.
